This website, makutanirvana.in, is operated by Makuta Developers LLP ("Makuta", "we", "us"), the developer of Makuta Nirvana, a residential project at Patancheru, West Hyderabad, registered under RERA no. • Service providers who help us run the site and communicate with you — our CRM provider (Clove), our WhatsApp messaging provider, our website host (Cloudflare), and analytics providers (Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook and Microsoft Clarity) — who process data on our behalf under their own terms.
• Authorities or advisers where we are required to do so by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools (including Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity) to see how the site is used and to measure our advertising. Microsoft Clarity also captures anonymised heatmaps and session recordings of how visitors interact with our pages, to help us improve the site. These tools may set cookies on your device. How long we keep it
